ROOMS
The Guesthouse
Enjoy a romantic getaway in the cosy self-contained Guesthouse
The Guesthouse is in a beautiful garden setting, separate from the Tree House, with amazing views of rolling farmland, hills and the Inland Kaikoura Mountain ranges in the distance.
The Guesthouse is set up as a romantic couple's retreat with ambient lighting, comfortable leather sofa and a cosy loft bed. Please note that you do have to climb a ladder to get into the bed.
The Guesthouse has its own well equipped kitchen and private stylish bathroom a few steps away from your room. It is tiled with pebbles handpicked from a local beach.
The Queen Room
Enjoy our queen room with a garden view in the grand Tree House
Your room is cosy with a comfortable Queen bed, electric blanket and beautiful timber ceiling. The room also has an office desk and a leather sofa.
The room comes with its own private bathroom and toilet (not en-suit). The bathroom is very stylish with natural stone tiling and a timber bench top vanity. The bathroom has a shower and bath.
Enjoy a night in the Tree House and relax in our lounge with its two massive trees holding up the timber ceiling 9 meters above.

Your complimentary breakfast includes mueslie, fresh-baked bread, juice, spreads, yoghurt and fresh fruit. Tea and coffee are available at any time.
Outdoor Kitchen & BBQ
Enjoy the ambience of our outdoor kitchen and patio, with a BBQ free to use for all guests.
Gym
Feel free to exercise in the comprehensive gym. There is lots of equipment; rower, bike, free weights, boxing bag and machines.
Property
Feel free to walk around property and enjoy the amazing mountain views and rolling landscape. Alternatively there are lovely walks in the Cheviot Hills domain only a few minutes drive away. Or coastal walks at Gore Bay Beach and nature reserves.
Patio and Garden
There is a private cosy area to relax outside, sip wine and enjoy the sunset. Feel free to take a stroll around the walking tracks on the property, amongst singing birds and rolling hills.
Relax
Enjoy a glass of wine on the deck to watch the sunset or gaze up at the night sky from a comfy bean bag.
