OUR STORY
Meet Ellis and Sanna
and their lovely dog Sasha!
Sanna is from Finland and Ellis, a true Kiwi adventurer, is a filmmaker and television presenter for National Geographic.
Ellis and Sanna met in 2002 in Chile while Ellis was working on a television production travel series. A year later, Sanna and her daughter Michelle moved to New Zealand with Ellis, and they begun building their home. With no prior building experience, they set about creating an incredibly diverse, inspiring and unique home - The Tree House.
With enormous dedication, motivation and drive, what was once just a dream has turned into reality.
